Pablo De Caralte  is a Cuban migrant from Miami. He turned towards kitchen by starting out washing dishes, and has become a manager. Because of his petite nature, he started to be called little Pablo, i.e. Pablito, and has thus become so famous.

A while ago, he was working in Miami, and then they came to Turkey with Vedat, his Turkish colleague in the kitchen.  He fell in love with Antalya.  Comparing Antalya to Miami, Pablo believed that there could be a symbolic link between the two cities if he opens a place here and that he would have an important reason to visit this city frequently.

His dream was to create a place offering entertainment, fine tastes and good coffee just like in Cuba and then in Miami.  Aiming to create a place living the city, Pablo wants to host people regardless of time, age group or income group. Only three things matter to him: Taste, pleasure and above all, equality...

Vedat introduced him to the famous chef Tolga Atalay.  Serving as consultant to Akra, Tolga Atalay invited Pablo to the hotel. Having deeply impressed by the rich-blue view the moment he entered Akra, Pablo felt that the environment he was in was a place that would carry on the spirit of Miami and Cuba as it should be.

By the end of 2016, Little Pablo's dream place opened at Akra: Pablito!
